# Roadmap

JoinCare's roadmap prioritizes core infrastructure, pre-TGE readiness, ecosystem activation, and Launchpad preparation. Timelines remain subject to technical, legal, security, and market readiness.

### 2026: Infrastructure and Ecosystem Launch

#### Q2 2026: Documentation, Project Pipeline, and Ecosystem Preparation

* Finalize official documentation, positioning, ecosystem structure, and public materials.
* Define the initial roles of JoinCare DAO, CareAgents, $JC, Launchpad, and the incubation workflow.
* Establish the first project pipeline across biomedical innovation, public health, and medical AI.
* Expand advisory resources, review processes, and milestone-based disclosure standards.
* Build the core community for project screening, ecosystem communication, and the planned TGE.

#### Q3 2026: Ecosystem Readiness and Planned $JC TGE

* Implement initial $JC use cases for contribution records, DAO coordination, incentives, and governance input.
* Establish DAO working groups for Research & Deal Flow, Community & Awareness, and Operations & Governance.
* Connect CareAgents, DAO working groups, and contributor workflows into an initial coordination loop.
* Complete the documentation, disclosure, community, and compliance foundations required for Launchpad preparation.
* Conduct the planned $JC TGE, subject to technical, legal, security, and market readiness.
* Activate initial ecosystem incentives and expand partnerships and the contributor network.

#### Q4 2026: Post-TGE Ecosystem Growth and Launchpad Preparation

* Expand the project pipeline and scientific and medical advisory network.
* Refine submission, screening, expert review, documentation, and milestone-disclosure workflows.
* Advance CareAgents for literature review, project analysis, risk identification, and progress tracking.
* Expand $JC utility across contributions, DAO coordination, incentives, and governance.
* Move qualifying projects toward Launchpad readiness.

### 2027: Launchpad Readiness

#### Q1 2027: Launchpad and Project Participation Framework

* Establish the Launchpad readiness framework and project eligibility standards.
* Define requirements for project materials, expert review, DAO records, risk disclosure, and community readiness.
* Publish the participation gateway and community guidance.
* Advance the first qualifying projects to Launchpad, subject to technical, legal, security, and compliance readiness.
* Integrate $JC, CareAgents, DAO coordination, and Launchpad workflows across the ecosystem.
