Promising discoveries often stall between research and clinical or commercial development because capital, evidence, expertise, and regulatory support do not move together. This challenge is becoming more urgent as ageing populations, chronic disease, cancer, and public-health emergencies increase global demand for better health outcomes. Early-stage projects must navigate several structural constraints: * **High R\&D Uncertainty:** Biomedical development is lengthy and failure-prone.
