# Incubation Model and Project Workflow

JoinCare applies a staged incubation model from project discovery to Launchpad readiness. Each stage requires stronger evidence, clearer disclosure, deeper community understanding, and greater operational readiness.

### Incubation Model

* **Project Discovery:** Identify biomedical projects with credible science, social value, and incubation potential.
* **Initial Screening:** Assess fit for public communication and DeSci-based incubation.
* **Scientific Review:** Evaluate evidence, direction, feasibility, and principal risks with domain experts.
* **CareAgents Support:** Structure materials, prepare summaries, review risk language, and track progress.
* **DAO Coordination:** Organize documentation, events, communications, and resource connections.
* **Web3 Incentives:** Recognize sustained contributions through reputation, $JC incentives, or participation eligibility.
* **Launchpad Readiness:** Advance projects that meet defined standards for materials, disclosure, community readiness, and compliance preparation.

### Project Workflow

Projects move from submission and initial screening through expert review, CareAgents support, DAO coordination, milestone disclosure, and Launchpad readiness. Advancement is stage-gated and depends on evidence quality, disclosure, community understanding, and applicable compliance preparation.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://joincare.gitbook.io/joincare-docs/incubation-model-and-project-workflow.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
