# Decentralized Coordination Layer

JoinCare applies Web3 infrastructure to improve coordination, transparency, and accountability across early-stage biomedical innovation. It complements rather than replaces established scientific, clinical, and regulatory processes. DAO workflows, DeSci practices, CareAgents, $JC incentives, and verifiable records enable projects to coordinate resources, disclose progress, manage risks, and recognize sustained contributions.

* **DAO Coordination:** Coordinate project screening, resources, progress oversight, and governance input across experts and contributors.
* **DeSci Framework:** Make project materials, research progress, risk disclosures, and contribution histories more transparent and traceable.
* **CareAgents:** Structure documents, analyze literature, track milestones, and identify risks within defined human-review workflows.
* **Verifiable Records:** Preserve material disclosures, contributions, and governance activity in reviewable records.
* **Ecosystem Incentives:** Connect demonstrated contributions with $JC incentives, reputation, governance participation, and future ecosystem opportunities.

Together, these components create an open coordination infrastructure for early-stage biomedical projects while preserving the role of qualified professional judgment.
